汽车制动发抖振动测试与分析

【摘要】 针对某汽车在行驶过程中发生制动发抖问题进行振动测试与分析,首先介绍了汽车转鼓测试试验方法,紧接着利用PULSE数据采集分析系统,对制动鼓和仪表板在汽车行驶制动中进行了自谱分析和相干分析,分析结果确定了汽车在制动过程中异常振动的振源与各通道上零部件的振动水平,为正确识别仪表板异常振动的原因提供了理论依据,从而为采取相应措施来消除制动过程中仪表板的异常振动打下基础。

【Abstract】 For the brake shudder problem of the automobile in the motion,the vibration measurement and analysis is made.At first,the method of drum test is introduced in this paper.With PULSE data acquisition and analysis system,the since the spectral analysis and coherence analysis are then built to the brake drums and instrument panel in the driving brake of the automobile.The results show the vibration source of abnormal vibration in the braking motion and the vibration level of the components on the channel.It has provided a theoretical basis to correctly identify the causes of the abnormal vibration in the instrument and the foundation to take corresponding measures to eliminate abnormal vibration of the instrument panel in the braking process for the next step.
