【摘要】 目的探讨管石复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)的临床疗效。方法 260例BPPV患者经Dix-Hallpike试验及仰卧侧头试验进行确诊。212例后半规管性BPPV患者采用Epley法行管石复位治疗,48例水平半规管性BPPV患者采用Barbecue翻滚法行管石复位治疗。结果 212例后半规管BPPV患者随访治疗后1周,总有效率为98.1%,复发率为0.0%;随访治疗后3个月,总有效率为94.3%,复发率为5.7%。48例水平性半规管患者随访治疗后1周,总有效率为95.8%,复发率为2.1%;随访治疗后3个月,总有效率为81.3%,复发率为18.8%。结论管石复位治疗BPPV具有简单、有效及明显缩短病程等优点,可作为首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of canalith reposition procedure in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods Two hundred sixty patients with BPPV were diagnosed by Dix-Hallpike test or Roll test.Among the patients,212 cases with posterior semicircular canal were treated with Epley canalith repositioning method,and 48 cases with horizontal semicircular canal were treated with Barbecue rolling method.Results The total effective rates in BPPV patients with posterior semicircular canal(n=212) were 98.1% and 94.3% after 1-week and 3-month follow-up,respectively,and the recurence rates were 0.0% and 5.7%,respectively.The total effective rates in BPPV patients with horizontal semicircular canal(n=48) were 95.8% and 81.3% after 1-week and 3-month follow-up,respectively,and the recurernce rates were 2.1% and 18.8%,respectively.Conclusion Canalith repositioning procedure is a simple and effective method for treatment of BPPV and may significantly shorten the course,which can serve as the first line therapy.更多还原
