步进应力加速寿命试验方案优化设计理论与方法
Theory and Method for Optimum Design of Accelerated Life Test Plan under Step-stress
【摘要】 为进一步缩短试验时间,实现产品可靠性的快速评定,在恒定应力加速寿命试验方案优化设计的基础上,根据所提出的加速寿命试验方案优化设计的准则和方法,以产品在正常工作应力水平时寿命估计值的方差最小为目标,以各试验应力水平和应力转换时间为设计变量,应用极大似然估计理论和Nelson累积失效模型,建立步进应力加速寿命试验方案优化设计的数学模型。对电连接器步进应力加速寿命试验方案优化设计的结果表明,经过优化后的步进应力加速寿命试验方案与恒定应力方案相比,在试验数据的统计精度基本持平的情况下,试验所需的样本数量可减少2/5,试验的耗费时间可缩短约1/3。
【Abstract】 In order to shorten test time further and realize rapid evaluation of the reliability of products,based on the rules of optimum design plan of accelerated life test(ALT) and constant-stresses ALT,the minimum variance of the product life estimate under normal stress level is defined as object and the total stress levels and the corresponding change time are determined as variables.Applying maximum likelihood estimation theory and Nelson failure model,the optimum design plan of step-stress ALT is modeled.Compared the optimized results of electrical connectors’ step-stress ALT with the constant-stresses ALT and on the condition that the precision of statistic is almost same,the sample can be reduced by 2/5 and the test time can be reduced by 1/3.
