【Abstract】 The shortage of the purchase outlay of document is a common phenomenon in the small and medium university libraries.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the distribution of the purchase outlay of document in the small and medium university libraries under the network environment,including using personalized funds allocation, constructing document resources with "usage" orientation,optimizing the allocation of document resources,and properly allocating funds to maximize efficiency.更多还原
