【Abstract】 As an effective means of resource allocation,informal finance has played a prominent role in supplementing undersupply of formal finance,rationally allocating fund resources,promoting economic development,etc. With the increase of informal finance,its normative legislation attracts great attention of academic circles. The paper begins with the necessity of informal finance existence,analyzes the current legislation of informal finance,and puts forward policy suggestions of informal finance system innovation.更多还原
