2,5-二[(2-羟乙基)氨基]-1,4-苯醌合成的新方法
A NEW METHOD FOR SYNTHESIS OF 2,5-BIS[(2-HYDROXYETHYL)AMINO]BENZO-1,4-QUINONE
【摘要】 实验以姜黄素和乙醇胺为原料,于45℃回流2 h,得到紫红色产物2,5-二[(2-羟乙基)氨基]-1,4-苯醌,产率约2.6%。经单晶培养和IR、NMR、MS及单晶X衍射等方法对产物进行了确证,并对该新反应机理进行了初步分析。
【Abstract】 2,5-Bis[(2-hydroxyethyl) amino] benzo-1,4-quinone was synthesized with Curcumin and ethanolamine as the raw materials to reflux under the temperature of 45℃ for 2 h.The product was purplish red and characterized by IR,NMR,MS and single crystal X-ray diffraction.The mechanism of this novel reaction was initially investigated,which laid a foundation for further improvement to the synthesis method.
