金属带式CVT力学仿真研究
Research on dynamic simulation metal pushing belt type CVT
【摘要】 在对金属带式CVT机构经典力学分析基础上,采用UG和ADAMS软件建立了针对CVT力学研究的金属带式CVT虚拟样机模型,仿真分析了CVT传动机构的部分力学特性,包括金属块间挤推力和金属环带张力变化规律。研究表明:所建金属带式CVT虚拟样机模型是合理、可行的;传动比和转矩比分别对金属块和金属环带的受力分布及大小影响作用不同。
【Abstract】 Based on typical mechanic analysis of metal pushing belt type CVT,virtual prototype model of metal pushing belt type CVT has been established by using UG and ADAMS software.The partial kinetics characteristics of transmission mechanism were analyzed by simulation,including the thrust between metal elements and the variation law of tensile force of bands.The research results indicate that the virtual prototype model of metal pushing belt type CVT is rational and applicable.Transmission ratio and torque ratio play different roles to the force distribution of metal elements and bands.
