一种新型操控传感器的设计与研究

【摘要】 针对微操作力提升系统,设计了一种新型的操控传感器。分析了操控传感器的工作原理,推导了数学模型。利用Matlab7.0对机构进行了仿真研究,优化了操控传感器的两种参数:粘滞摩擦因数B和弹性系数K。基于dSPACE半物理仿真平台对操控传感器进行了实验研究,实验结果表明:操控传感器操作柔顺,输出信号稳定,能准确检测出微小的操作力。该研究对微操作力提升系统的改进具有实际的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Aiming at micro operation force hoisting system,a kind of new operation sensor was designed.The work principle was analyzed and the mathematical model was also deduced.Adopting Matlab7.0 software to establish the mechanism model of the system,the optimized damping coefficient B and Stiffness coefficient K were obtained by simulation.The experimental study of the operation sensor was completed based on dSPACE hard-in-1oop simulation platform.The results illustrate that the operation sensor can be operated compliantly and the output signal is also steady,which can detect the micro operation force exactly.The research provides a practical reference value for the improving of the micro-power operation hoisting system.
