电测技术在大型蝶式光伏发电聚光器上的应用研究
INVESTIGATION OF ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY ON THE APPLICATION OF LARGE-SCALE PHOTOVOLTAIC BUTTERFLY CONCENTRATOR
【摘要】 利用电测基本原理自主研制5kW大型蝶式光伏发电聚光器,并对其进行强度测试。结合实际运行环境、大风等天气对钢结构的影响,测出数点的最大应力应变变化情况。通过数据分析得出5kW大型蝶式光伏发电聚光钢结构在遭遇8级大风时的运行情况。检测结果表明,5kW大型蝶式聚光器钢结构的应变分布规律合理、数据可信,在遭遇8级大风时能正常运转。
【Abstract】 The 5 kW large photovoltaic butterfly light focusing devices are designed on the basic principles of electrical measuring technology and its intensity is tested.The maximum points of stress and strain changes are detected by measuring the impact of weather conditions on the steel structure in the actual operating environment,especially in the strong winds.The data collected assisted to analyze the operating situation when the 5 kW large-scale photovoltaic generation butterfly concentrator was placed under fresh gale of eight.The testing results indicate that the data collected are reliable,the strain distribution of the 5 kW large butterfly condenser is also reasonable and the condenser can operate properly in the event of gale eight.
