套大袋时期对翠冠梨果实品质的影响

【摘要】 以"翠冠"梨为试材,研究两次套袋中套大袋时期对梨果实品质的影响。结果表明:和CK相比,果实成熟时,过早套大袋的,单果重变小,晚套大袋的单果重大。果实可溶性固形物含量和果实硬度降低。5月2日套小袋的基础上套大袋的果实可溶性固形物含量最高,属于套大袋的最佳时期,即5月12日前后,其他处理差异不显著;迟套袋的果实硬度有所降低,且套袋越迟,白袋和黑袋的果实硬度差别越大。果皮厚度只有套大袋最早的a白比CK果皮厚度低,而其他处理都增厚。果点密度增加,且大袋套得越早,同处理间套黑袋的与套白袋的差异显著,套的晚差异不显著。果点直径减小,且随着套大袋时间越晚,同处理间套黑袋的与套白袋的差异减弱。果实亮度L*值增加,套黑袋的比CK果面绿色度极低,且果面黄色度低,套白袋的比CK果面偏绿,而偏黄色值差异不大。套黑袋的随着套大袋时间越晚,则越偏向绿色、黄色。

【Abstract】 The Cuiguan pears were used as the tested materials,and the effects of the date of enveloping fruit with big bags in twice enveloping on fruit quality were studied.The results showed that the mean weight of single fruit enveloped earlier by big bags was lower than that of single fruit enveloped later by big bags at fruit maturing stage.The soluble solid content and fruit hardness of the enveloped fruits were lower than those of CK.The soluble solid content in the fruit enveloped by small bags on May 2nd and by big bags on May 12th was the highest.The hardness of the fruit enveloped later by big bags reduced.The later the fruit was enveloped by big bags,the greater the difference in fruit hardness existed between white bag treatment and black bag treatment.The pericarp thickness of only the fruit enveloped by big white bag on May 2nd was lower than that of CK.The dot density of enveloped fruit was increased in comparison with that of CK.The difference in dot density of the enveloped fruit become significant between white big bag treatment and black big bag treatment when the date of enveloping went earlier.The fruit dot diameter of the enveloped fruit was less than that of CK.The later the fruit was enveloped by big bags,the smaller the difference in fruit dot diameter existed between white big bag treatment and black big bag treatment.The surface brightness(L* value) of the enveloped fruit was improved.The surface colour of fruit in black bag was lightest green and lighter yellow than that of CK.The skin colour of the fruit in white bag was more green than that of CK,The skin colour of the fruit in black big bag went more and more green or yellow along with the delay of enveloping date.
