两系亚种间杂交稻形态解剖性状差异的研究

【摘要】 以赣亚1号、两优培九、9311、培矮64S和Hb-01为供试材料,采用石蜡切片法对两系亚种间杂交稻及其亲本的形态解剖性状进行观察和研究,结果表明:(1)两系亚种间杂交稻及其亲本材料间,绝大部分形态解剖性状存在显著或极显著差异;(2)叶片主脉大维管束面积、主脉大维管束韧皮部面积、主脉大维管束导管面积、穗茎节间大维管束个数、大维管束总面积、小维管束总面积、大维管束韧皮部总面积、大维管束导管总面积、茎壁面积、上部一次枝梗大维管束导管面积、韧皮部总面积、导管总面积、横切面积、下部二次枝梗大维管束韧皮部面积和导管面积,两优培九比赣亚1号大,9311比Hb-01大。叶鞘大维管束面积、大维管束韧皮部面积和大维管束导管面积,两优培九比赣亚1号大,9311比Hb-01小。两系亚种间杂交稻籽粒充实度与叶片主脉大维管束、穗茎节间大维管束、上部一次枝梗大维管束导管和下部二次枝梗大维管束发育呈正相关性,与叶鞘大维管束结构关系不明显。

【Abstract】 In order to find out why the plumpness of two-line subspecies hybrid rice is low,the anatomical characteristics of subspecies hybrid rice ganyayihao,liangyoupeijiu,and their parents 9311,pei’ai64S,Hb-01 were systemically studied,adopting conventional paraffin sectioning method. The results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the anatomical characteristics between two-line hybrid rice and its parents.(2)The area of all leaf vas. bundle in mid-vein,area of phloem of all vas. bundle in mid-vein,area of duct of all vas.bundle in mid-vein,internode number of big vas.bundle,area of all big vas.bundles,area of all small vas.bundle,area of phloem of all big vas.bundle,area of culm wall,primary branch area of duct of big vas.bundle,area of all phloem,area of all ducts,area of trans.sec.of internode,sencondary branch area of phloem and duct of big vas.bundles,Liangyoupeijiu are larger than those of Ganyayihao,that of 9311 is larger than that of Hb-01. Leaf sheath area of big vas.bundle,ratio of phloem & vas.bundle,ratio of duct & vas. bundle,of Ganyayihao are smaller than those of Liangyoupeijiu,that of 9311 is smaller than that of Hb-01. So the low grain plumpness of two-line subspecies hybrid rice is closely correlated with big vas. bundle in mid-vein of leaf,the first internode’s big vas.bundle,primary branch duct of big vas.bundle and sencondary branch big vas.bundles,but not correlated with leaf sheath vas. bundle.
