贵溪冶炼厂周边菜园地土壤—辣椒系统中重金属的迁移特征

【摘要】 分析江西贵溪冶炼厂周边农村(苏门村)零散菜地上的辣椒各部位及其根系土壤中的Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd含量,并探讨这些重金属在菜园土—辣椒体系中的迁移特征。结果表明,当地蔬菜地土壤受到不同程度的Cu、Zn、Cd污染,而且这种污染受人为因素影响比较大。在土壤—辣椒体系各界面间,重金属元素迁移能力大小顺序发生了变化:在土壤—根部间为Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb;在根部—茎部间为Pb>Zn>Cd>Cu;在茎部—叶部间为Cu>Pb>Cd>Zn;在茎部—果实间为Zn>Pb>Cu>Cd。对于Cu、Pb元素来说,辣椒根—土界面是重金属进入辣椒果实的主要障碍,其生物富集系数BCF值分别为0.50,0.32;而Zn和Cd的BCF值却达2.08和3.12,表现为富集作用。所有重金属在辣椒叶部都比茎部含量高,而就茎—叶间的迁移系数来说,都表现为富集,这可能是受到当地大气污染的影响。

【Abstract】 The contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd in the samples of whole capsicum(Capsicum annunm L.) plants and root soils collected from the capsicum fields in Sumen area near the Guixi Copper Smeltery in Jiangxi Province were analyzed.And the characteristics of heavy metal transportation in the soil-capsicum system were studied.The results showed that the fields were polluted with Cu,Zn,Cd at varying degrees,and the polluted degrees were affected by human factors.The transportation ability of the measured heavy metals follow a decreasing order of Cd>Zn>Cu>Pb in the soil/ root interface,Pb>Zn>Cd>Cu in the stem / root interface,and Cu>Pb>Cd>Zn in the leaf/ stem interface,and Zn>Pb>Cu>Cd in the fruit/ stem interface.And the soil/ root interface was the main barrier for Cu,Pb to enter capsicum fruit,and the average bioconcentration factors(BCF) were 0.50,0.32 respectively.However,Zn and Cd were accumulated in the root,with BCF 2.08 and 3.12 respectively.The contents of all the measured heavy metals in leaf were higher than in stem,and the translocation factor in the leaf/ stem interface(TF2) showed enrichment of all the metals.It maybe resulted by the local air pollution.
