基于矢量控制的机场加油系统性能仿真研究

【摘要】 针对机场管道加油系统的要求和特点,建立了矢量控制的变频调速和恒速相结合的三台离心泵并联的机场加油系统。利用AMESim软件,建立了矢量控制三相异步电动机的仿真模型,并与三泵并联的加油系统仿真模型相结合,建立了矢量控制、三泵并联的机场加油系统仿真模型,并进行了性能仿真研究。结果表明:该系统能根据加油枪开启数量的变化自动调节变速泵的转速或恒速泵的启停,以调节系统的供油量,从而保证加油口终端的压力和流量要求,同时加油系统的水击小,节能效果好。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements and features of aircraft pipeline refueling system,we established an aircraft pipeline refueling system with three parallel centrifugal pumps featuring frequency control and constant speed. We built a simulation model of three-phase asynchronous motor controlled by a vecotor system in AMESim. It is combined with the simulation model of the refueling system with three parallel pumps to establish the simulation model of an aircraft refueling system which is controled by a vecotor system and has three parallel pumps. Performance simulation results show that the system can regulate the speed of variable-speed pump or the starting and stopping of constant speed pump automatically according to the changes of the number of opening fillers,thus regulating the fuel supply quantity of the system to meet the requirement of pressure and flow at the end of the filler. In addition,the water hammer of the system is small,and the energy saving effect is conspicuous.
