基于VC++的经编机共轭凸轮参数化设计
The Parametric Design of Conjugate Cam Based on VC++
【摘要】 根据经编机共轭凸轮轮廓曲线方程,采用了VC++编程软件并结合其内置的三维图形软件包OpenGL设计可视化应用软件,该软件可以根据用户选定的从动件运动规律及相关的结构尺寸得到凸轮的实际轮廓点云,并生成相应的轮廓点云文件,在UGNX5.0中导入点云文件完成经编机凸轮轮廓曲线的绘制以及凸轮实体造型设计。
【Abstract】 According to the conjugate cam contour equation of a curve,this study has designed visualized application software using the VC++ programming software and three dimensional graph software-package OpenGL.This software can obtain a cam actual outline cloud and generate the corresponding outline cloud document according to the motion law and the correlation structure size of driven part.The cloud document is entered in UG NX5.0 to complete the cam contour curve the plan as well as the cam entity model design.
