精密传动链传动误差测试方法综述
Summary on the Test Methods of Transmission Error about Rigid Transmission Chains
【摘要】 精密传动链的回转传动误差检测有多种手段和方法,通过分析各种传动误差检测方法,可以看出使用简单光学仪器的静态测量方法简单、造价低,但使用有局限性;动态测量手段有磁分度法、惯性法、光栅法和时栅法等,其测量准确,各有不同的特点,已经成为现代传动误差测试的主流。但具体测试时,应综合考虑测量精度与分辨率,测量的转速范围,传动比范围;可测误差的频率范围以及记录仪的频率响应等因素,选取合理的检测方法。
【Abstract】 There are diversiform means and methods to detect rotary transmission error about rigid transmission chains. By analyzing every means about transmission error detecting, it can be seen that the means about static test are simple and cheaper, which use simple optical instrument, there is also limitation; the means about dynamic test which have accurate measurements and each have different characteristics, such as magnetic indexing method, inertia, grating method, time-grating method etc. It has becoming the mainstream on modern transmission error testing. In a concrete test, choosing a rational detection mode depend on a compositive consideration on factors which include measurement accuracy and definition, measurement measuring range of rotating speed, range of transmission ratio, measurable frequency range of error, frequency response of recorder and so on.
