十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷合成及结构表征

【摘要】 以α-十六烯、三甲氧基硅烷为原料,加入铂催化剂和一种液态位阻胺助催化剂,采用硅氢加成方法,合成十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷,分别用气质联用仪和核磁共振波谱仪对产物进行了分析和结构表征。考察了催化剂用量、助催化剂用量、反应温度以及预混合时间对反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度30~80℃、预混合时间20m in、催化剂和助催化剂用量分别为5 mg/kg和70μL/kg的条件下,反应2 h,产品得率为84%,并且所得产品全部为β加成产物。

【Abstract】 A linear alkyl coupling agent named hexadecyltrimethoxysilane was synthesized with α-hexadecene and trimethoxysilane via hydrosilylation,using Pt-catalysis and a sub-catalyst.The structure of the product was characterized by GC/MS and NMR.The effects of quantity of catalyst,quantity of sub-catalyst,temperature and the premix time used on the hydrosilylation reaction were investigated.The results demonstrated that materials were exhausted,and nearly 100% regioselectivity for β-adduct,the product yield 84%,when the temperature was between 30~80 ℃ the premix time was 20 min,quantity of catalyst and sub-catalyst respectively was 5 mg/kg and 70 μL/kg,the time of reaction was 2 h.
