【Abstract】 Over the last decade,the idea of appointing graduates as village officials has developed into a system from an attempt at the outset.Such officials have brought vitality and vigor to the local developments despite the fact that some problems are virtually identified.The prime cause lies in the system design and value conflicts among all the groups involved.In an attempt to improve the system of village officials held by graduates,it is crucial to form a resultant force by taking into account the value judgment and choices of all the involving groups.By doing so,this system can play a significant role in China’s economic and social developments.更多还原
