汽轮机转子热跑工装托辊支架的研制
Development of Turbine Rotor’s Hot Running Support Idler
【摘要】 汽轮机转子是汽轮机的一个核心部件,其热跑工序是判断其热稳定性是否合格的一种试验方法。但现有热跑工装效率低、工人劳动强度大、安全可靠性差,影响整机下线时间。托辊支架是热跑工装最关键的部件之一,文中介绍了汽轮机转子热跑工装托辊支架的研制。通过设备试运行,表明设备达到了研制目的。
【Abstract】 Turbine rotor is a core part of turbine,the turbine rotor’s heat stability only can be measured in the hot running process.The existing equipment is low efficiency,high energy consumption and poor reliability and it is a bottleneck in the productive process.The support idler is a key part of the hot running equipment,this paper develops the hot running support idler.The results of the test running demonstrate that the equipment has reached expected aims.
