【摘要】 简要介绍了模块化设计方法,针对袋成型-充填-封口机进行系统分析,在此基础上进行了模块的划分。对于包装机控制部分,则设计了基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统。该系统由上位机、CAN总线及各模块微控制器组成,各模块微控制器具备独立控制和由上位机统一协调控制的功能。该系统简单、可靠,匹配模块化设计,适于定制式的生产,且利于用户的转型与升级。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces of modular design method,analyzes the system of bag-forming packaging machine,and designs the module on this basis.The distributed control system of the packing machine is designed based on CAN bus.The system consists of upper computer,CAN bus and the micro-controller module.Each module has the functions of independent control and coordinate the control by upper computer.This system is simple,reliable,and match the module system.It is suitable for the customized production,and benefit users’ transition and upgrading.更多还原
