VDW-320五轴机床多面体加工技术研究
Research on Polyhedron Processing Technology of VDW-320 5-Axis Machine Center
【摘要】 分析多面体常用加工方法及存在的问题,提出3+2轴定位方式在VDW-320五轴机床加工多面体及斜孔。分析多面体加工工艺、回转坐标换算,应用先进的SINUMERIK 840D图形交互对话式进行数控编程,提出了加工工艺方案。
【Abstract】 Analysis of commonly used processing methods and existence problems of Polyhedron,Processing polyhedron and inclined hole with VDW-320 five-axis machining center using 3+2 axis positioning method is proposed.Analysis of polyhedral Processing、rotation coordinate transformation,Carring on the numerical control programming with advanced interactive graphics SINUMERIK 840D control system,and proposed processing technology program.
