2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢螺栓断裂原因分析
Failure Analysis of the Fracture of 2Cr12NiMo1W1V Steel Bolt
【摘要】 某机组在高压缸泵水试验后发现紧固螺栓发生断裂,螺栓的安装工艺是在涡流感应加热方式下进行热紧,螺栓的材质为2Cr12NiMo1W1V钢,该螺栓钢存在严重的显微组织缺陷,力学性能指标不符合技术条件要求,螺栓断口上存在严重的铸造缺陷,减弱了螺栓的承载能力,导致螺栓发生脆性断裂。
【Abstract】 The bolt fractured when the HP cylinder was pumping. It was tightened as heated by the eddy current. The material of the bolt is 2Cr12NiMo1W1V. It has the serious microstructure lacuna,and its mechanical properties don’t meet the technical requirements. The serious casting lacunas on the fracture surface reduces the carrying capacity,so the bolt brittleness fracture occurred.
