【Abstract】 The bolt fractured when the HP cylinder was pumping. It was tightened as heated by the eddy current. The material of the bolt is 2Cr12NiMo1W1V. It has the serious microstructure lacuna,and its mechanical properties don’t meet the technical requirements. The serious casting lacunas on the fracture surface reduces the carrying capacity,so the bolt brittleness fracture occurred.更多还原
