基于ANSYS新型水喷射式减温减压装置的结构设计
Structure Design of the New Water-jet Temperature and Pressure Reduction Device Based on the ANSYS
【摘要】 在新型水喷射式减温减压装置结构设计过程中,建立了新型水喷射式减温减压装置中重要部件支承环的有限元模型,采用ANSYS系统对支承环结构进行分析,得出了支承环在工作状态下的应力分布规律及接触面应力分布状况,找到了应力集中位置和数据,表明新型水喷射式减温减压装置的结构设计符合现场技术指标要求。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the structure of a new water-jet temperature and pressure reduction device is designed,the FEM model of the supporting ring is established and analysed in ANSYS,the stress distribution regularity and the contact surface stress distribution under work state is obtained,the location and the data of the stress concentration are found,the results show that the new water-jet structure of temperature and pressure reduction device compliance with technical requirements.
