平面凸轮极坐标数控加工研究
Research on NC Machining of Planar Cam in Polar Coordinates
【摘要】 使用普通圆柱立铣刀,采用旋转工作台控制平面凸轮以及列表曲线平面凸轮的旋转运动,应用数控系统完成凸轮的直线运动,采用极坐标系方式的编程控制,进行凸轮曲线轨迹的数控加工。极坐标系方式的编程控制数控加工平面凸轮,相比直角坐标系方式的编程控制而言,具有更为理想的加工效果。极坐标系方式的编程控制,在保证零件设计基准、装夹定位基准和装配基准重合的基础上,有效地保证了凸轮曲线的向心精度和尺寸精度;使用旋转坐标控制,有效地保证和降低了了凸轮型面曲线的加工误差。在常规数控铣床上加装改造普通圆盘工作台,利用程序编制的变化,也可以得到使用数控旋转工作台的同等加工效果。此做法完善和拓宽了数控技术具体应用的实用性。
【Abstract】 The NC machining of cam curves is accomplished by using common cylindrical shank milling cutter,rotary working table to control the rotary motion of planar cam and listing curves planar cam and using NC system to control linear motion and programming in polar coordinates.The centripetal and dimensional accuracy of cam curve are ensured effectively by programming in polar coordinates based on benchmark coincidence of design,clamping orientation and assembly.The machining error of cam profile is reduced effectively by using rotary coordinate control.The machining result is similar by installing a common rotary table on a common NC milling machine and using the changes of program.The application of NC technology is improved and extended by this method.
