基于多齿分度改善高精度齿轮齿距精度
The Improvement of the High Precise Gear’s Pitch Accuracy based on Multi-tooth Indexing Method
【摘要】 为了提高齿距精度,基于多齿分度理论对Y7125磨齿机分度系统进行改进,用多齿分度盘代替普通分度板实现分度。分析了多齿分度盘自由啮合状态下的分度精度,讨论了安装过程中多齿分度盘的轴向偏摆与径向偏移对其分度精度的影响。理论上满足加工高精度齿轮齿距精度的要求,为加工2级到1级高精度齿轮奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 In order to improve pitch accuracy,the multi-tooth indexing method is applied to improve the indexing system of the gear grinding machine Y7125,the indexing accuracy of the multi-tooth indexing disk in freemesh state is analyzed and the installation errors’ effect on its indexing accuracy is discussed.The result,in theory,meets the processing requirement of level 2 to 1 gear and also shows that the multi-tooth indexing method is of practical significance in precision machining.
