【Abstract】 The introduction of strategic foreign investors is an important measurement in the corporate governance reform of state-owned commercial banks.By taking this measure the government expects to promote improvement in the corporation governance structure,efficiency of management,and performance in management as well.The paper intends to test the influence of foreign strategic investment on the performance of three major state-owned commercial banks by means of panel data model of dummy variables.The authors conclude that there is evidence that little effect of foreign strategic investment has been demonstrated with respect to improvement in the corporation management performance.更多还原
