【摘要】 目的:探讨加味芍药甘草口服液对急性荨麻疹的治疗作用机制。方法:应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测4组样本外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)体外培养上清液中人白细胞介素22(IL-2)及白细胞介素24(IL-4)的水平,结果用Primer统计软件作均数差异t检验。结果:治疗前患者PBMC在体外培养条件下IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.01),IL-4水平明显增高(P<0.05);治愈组的水平趋于正常(P>0.05);加入该药的体外培养液中IL-2和IL-4水平趋于正常(P>0.05)。结论:该药治愈急性荨麻疹患者的重要机制可能在于调节PBMC分泌IL-2及IL-4等Th1和Th2类细胞因子的水平,以消除变应性炎症和恢复正常免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mechanism of Paeoniae Add Glycyrrhizae Oral Liquid Plus in teating acute urticaria.Methods Means of EL ISA assay were used to observe the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in 4 groups after 3 days culturing of the PBMC. The data were analysized by the Primer channel computer analysized system. Results The level of IL-2 producted by PBMC cultured in patients before treatment was distinctly lower(P <0.01)when compared with that of the cont rol group,while IL-4 was higher(P <0.05);In the patients cured with the oral liquid,the levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were normal(P >0.05);The levels were normal(P >0.05)when cultured with the medicine in patients before treatment .Conclusion One of the most importtant mechanisms of the cure with the medicine in patients suffering from acute urticaria is that it can regulate the production of Interleukins poduced by Th1or Th2 cells,such as IL-2,IL-4etc,so to eliminate allergic in? amation,and restore the immunologic function.更多还原
