【摘要】 调查分析表明,大学生勤工助学对提高高校图书馆的效能有重要作用。勤工助学学生参与图书馆管理工作,利于加强信息反馈并提高高校图书馆服务水平,利于培养学生爱馆和爱书的文明借阅习惯,形成主动利用图书馆学习的意识,也助于学生更加熟悉地利用图书馆,从而提高图书馆服务效能等。今后要加强勤工助学大学生的图书馆岗前培训,并进一步发挥勤工助学学生在各自专业领域信息反馈的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigations,undergraduate students’ semi-working to improve the efficiency of university library is analyzed.Undergraduate students’ semi-working in university library can help for their basic abilities and their good habits on university library,and many feedback-information from the undergraduate students can improve the service of university library.University library should attach importance to the training for undergraduate students and feedback-information in the specialized field from the undergraduate students’ semi-working in university library.更多还原
