【摘要】 大型活动的举办往往给举办地点周边的交通系统带来巨大压力,有必要对其产生的影响进行分析研究.提出大型活动期间对举办地点周边道路产生交通影响的分析方法;选用不同路段在不同时刻的速度比系数作为主要评价指标来反映大型活动期间主要交通集散方向上不同路段在不同时间上的运行状态;利用时间影响因素向量与距离影响因素向量描述大型活动期间在时间上和距离上对路段的交通影响程度.建立了求解影响因素向量的目标函数模型.并对北京一次大型活动进行实例分析.更多还原

【Abstract】 Special events will bring serious traffic pressure in holding city,it is necessary to analyze traffic impact degree during a large-scale event.This paper puts foreword traffic Impact analysis method about the road under special events,and uses speed coefficient as the assessment index to reflect the road traffic status.The temporal factor vector and the spatial factor vector are used to describe temporal and spatial traffic impact degree under the special events.The author also constituted object function model to work out impact factor vector.This paper applied the method to analyze a special event in Beijing,the result will be reference to traffic impact forecasting under large-scale events.更多还原
