基于约束理论的多项目组合管理研究与应用
Research and Application of Multi-project Portfolio Management Based on Constraints Theory
【摘要】 在项目管理时间、范围、费用三要素理论基础上,以多项目组合管理的运用作为研究方向,结合关键链多项目管理技术,提出了一个基于关键链的多项目组合管理框架.该框架以关键链为基础,采用自适应缓冲区设置算法来设置关键链及非关键链上的缓冲区,通过对缓冲和关键链实施情况的分析,对各个项目总体情况进行监控,保证项目有条不紊运行.该管理框架已应用于某空调制造企业的实际生产中,可望通过该项目的研究提高有关企业的生产管理绩效.
【Abstract】 The multi-project environment of modern enterprises enables the multi-project management technology to have a good application prospect.Based on the theoretical foundation of the time,scope and cost of project management,with a research direction of applying multi-project portfolio management,combined with Critical Chain multi-project management technology,This paper puts forward a Critical Chain-based multi-project portfolio management framework and moreover applies it to an airconditioning manufacturer.This framework is expected to help improve the production management performance of the related enterprises and provide a reference for further research on multi-project portfolio management.
