【摘要】 [目的]探讨护理干预对有焦虑、抑郁的消化性溃疡病人的影响。[方法]采用自行设计的消化性溃疡病人一般情况和相关知识问卷调查表评定病人对疾病知识的认知情况,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定病人的情绪状况,并给予护理干预,比较干预前后的评分值。[结果]护理干预后消化性溃疡病人焦虑、抑郁情况明显改善,对疾病相关知识掌握程度高于干预前。[结论]对有焦虑、抑郁的消化性溃疡病人实施护理干预,可提高病人的心理健康水平,提高病人对相关疾病的认知程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on peptic ulcer patients with anxiety and depression.Methods:Peptic ulcer patients were investigated by adopting self-designed general condition and related knowledge questionnaires to assess the their cognition toward the knowledge of the illness.The emotional state of patients were evaluated by adopting self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS).All cases were given nursing intervention.Then the score values of all cases before and after intervention were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression of peptic ulcer patients have been improved significantly.The grasp level of illness related knowledge of all patients after intervention was higher than that of before the intervention.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for peptic ulcer patients with anxiety and depression can improve their psychological health and cognition level toward related illness.更多还原
