【摘要】 [目的]探讨本科男护生的带教技巧。[方法]针对20名男护生的实习现状和特点,采取巩固男护生的专业思想、增强男护生挫折承受力,强化其心理素质、重视沟通能力的培训以及临床护理操作的强化训练。[结果]20名男护生自信心增强,能很快进入护理实习状态,基础护理操作过关项目以及转科综合考核成绩均达标。[结论]选择适宜的带教技巧进行带教,能激发男护生的学习兴趣,掌握扎实的理论知识及过硬的专业技术,树立良好的职业观,确保实习的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into teaching skills for male nursing undergraduates.Methods:Bases on the status quo and features of male nursing students practice,intensive training of professional thought of male nursing students were consolidated.Nurses’ frustration tolerance and their psychological qualities had been strengthened.Communication skills training and clinical nursing operations intensive training were emphasized.Results:All male nurses’ self-confidence was enhanced.They could accurately enter nursing practical state.Basic nursing procedure items and comprehensive test results of department rotation were all up to standard.Conclusion:Appropriate teaching skills can stimulate male nurses’ interests in learning,grasp well-knit theoretical knowledge and excellent professional skills and establish satisfactory occupational viewpoint,so as to ensure the smooth progress of nursing practice.更多还原
