【摘要】 [目的]了解乳腺癌病人术后1周的应对方式。[方法]采用自行设计的个人基本信息调查表及医学应对问卷(MCMQ)对70例乳腺癌术后1周病人进行问卷调查。[结果]乳腺癌术后1周病人回避、屈服得分明显高于癌症病人常模(P均<0.05),面对得分和常模比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]乳腺癌术后1周病人更倾向于采用回避及屈服的应对方式,护理人员应制订相应的护理对策,以提高乳腺癌病人术后早期的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the coping style of breast cancer patients in a week after operation and nursing strategies of it.Methods:A total of 70 breast cancer patients were investigated with the self-designed individual demographic parameters questionnaire and the medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ).Results:The scores of avoidance and surrender of breast cancer patients in a week after operation were higher than the cancer norm (P<0.05).Compared with the cancer norm,there was no statistical significant difference in the confront score.Conclusion:It seemed more inclined to adopt the coping style of avoidance and surrender for breast cancer patients in a week after operation.Nursing staff should make corresponding nursing strategies timely,so as to improve the early quality of life of postoperative breast cancer patients.更多还原
