【摘要】 [目的]观察两种保温方法对经尿道前列腺电切术病人围术期低体温的护理效果。[方法]选择经尿道前列腺电切术病人60例,随机分成两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规保温措施,实验组采用综合保温措施即常规保温措施复合静脉输注液和灌洗液加温至37℃。观察并记录两组病人入室时、术中及术毕温度,注意有无寒战等不良反应。[结果]两组病人入室时体温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术中及术毕体温在正常范围,并明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]实验组保温措施与对照组相比,更能有效维持病人围术期体温恒定,减少并发症,是经尿道前列腺电切术围术期体温护理的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe nursing care effect on perioperative hypothermia of patients accepting transurethral resection of prostate by two different ways of heat preservation.Methods:A total of 60 patients accepting transurethral resection of prostate were selected and divided into two groups randomly,30 cases each.Patients in control group were accepted conventional heat preservation.Patients in test group accepted conventional heat preservation.Patients of test group were accepted comprehensive heat preservation that were conventional heat preservation combined intravenous infusion fluids and lavage fluids heated up to 37 ℃.Body temperature of all patients at the time doing into the operating room,during surgery and in the end of operation were observed and recorded.And adverse reactions such as shivering of all cases were closely observed.Results:There was no statistical significant difference in terms of body temperature of patients going into the operating room between the two groups(P>0.05).Patients of test group were with normal body temperature during operation and in the end of surgery and were higher than that of control group cases.There were statistical significant differences between them(P<0.01).Conclusion:The heat preservation method of test group patients was more effective for maintaining the perioperative body temperature constantly than the conventional method for control group cases.And it can reduce complications.It was an effective method on nursing care of perioperative body temperature of patients accepting transurethral resection of prostate.更多还原
