【摘要】 [目的]总结强直性脊柱炎病人行全髋关节置换术的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析23例强直性脊柱炎病人行全髋关节置换术的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均顺利手术,术后未发生坐骨神经或股神经麻痹、压疮、肺部感染、髋关节脱位等并发症;术后Harris评分62.55分～86.25分,平均72.7分;随访6个月～12个月,病人髋关节屈伸收展及内外旋主动活动度达100°～230°,屈伸主动活动65°～110°;均能达到生活基本自理。[结论]加强强直性脊柱炎病人行全髋关节置换术的护理有利于预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:It summarized nursing measures for ankylosing spondylitis patients accepting total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Clinical data of 23 patients with ankylosing spondylitis accepting total hip arthroplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Patients in this group had completed their operation successfully.All cases had no postoperative complications such as sciatic nerve or femoral nerve palsy,skin pressure ulcers,pulmonary infection,and dislocation of hip.The Harris scores of all cases was 62.55～86.25 after operation,with the average of 72.7.After 6～12 months’ follow-up,range of motion of patients’active flexion and extension,adduction and abduction,intorsion and extorsion of articulation of hip can reach to 100°～230°,active flexion and extension to 65°～110°.All of them can meet basic self-care.Conclusion:To strengthen the nursing of ankylosing spondylitis patients accepting total hip arthroplasty is good for their prognosis.更多还原
