【摘要】 黑龙江省的城市化水平20世纪90年代居于全国前列,同时期作为老工业基地,黑龙江省工业化发展相对缓慢,因此,很多学者提出黑龙江省城市化超前于工业化的观点。根据钱纳里标准模型以及IU/NU国际标准值模型,可以判断出黑龙江省工业化和城市化存在双重发展滞后的问题,进一步运用最小二乘分析建立的分析模型表明,黑龙江工业化和城市化的关系虽然为正相关,但是其相关性非常小,属于强弱相关,其相关度不仅低于发达国家,也大大低于全国其他省份,因此,必须进行新型工业化和二次城市化,才能从根本上解决黑龙江城市化发展存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The level of the urbanization of Heilongjiang Province was the front position in the national in the 1990s.At the same period it was considered as the old industry base and the development of the industrialization of Heilongjiang Province was opposite slowness,therefore,a lot of scholars put forward the viewpoint that the level of the urbanization of Heilongjiang Province was run before in the industrialization.In accordance with standards and Chenery IU / NU value of international standards we can judge in Heilongjiang Province industrialization and urbanization develops slowly.Further analysis of the use of least-squares analysis of the establishment of model shows that industrialization and urbanization in Heilongjiang are for positive correlation,but its relevance is very small.Strong or weak correlation is not only lower than the developed countries,but also much lower than other provinces,so it is necessary to carry out a new type of industrialization and urbanization to fundamentally solve the problem of urbanization development in Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
