【摘要】 设计大学生满意度测评量表,在收集实际数据的基础上,使用科学的统计检验方法,建立大学生满意度的多元回归模型,指出影响大学生满意度的因素有学校形象、专业建设、教师与教学、人文环境、住宿管理、餐厅服务、图书馆、网络资源和自然环境。其中影响程度最大的是学校形象、专业建设和教师与教学。地方本科院校应对这三方面加大投入,以提高大学生满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper designs an evaluating scale for college students’ satisfaction,builds a multivariate regression model by scientific statistics based on real data.It is pointed out that the affecting factors of college students’ satisfaction include university image,specialty,teacher and teaching,human environment,accommodation management,restaurant service,library management,network resources and natural environment.The most influential factors are university image,specialty,teacher and teaching.Local colleges and universities should increase input relatively in these three aspects to improve the students’ satisfaction.更多还原
