基于GIS的城市交通设施管理系统开发
Development of a Management System of Urban Traffic Facilities Based on GIS
【摘要】 随着城市道路交通设施种类和数量的增加,合理布局和管理各类交通设施已成为改善交通管理的重要方面。基于地理信息系统(GIS)和传统的管理方法,作者提出并开发了城市道路交通设施管理系统。该系统采用模块化设计,包含相应的数据库和控制操作模块。系统利用GIS图形和地理信息处理功能,通过人机交互界面和后台处理数据库,使交通设施的空间位置可视化。通过对设施图元及其属性信息的操作,实现对交通设施的各项管理功能,进而研究各种交通设施布局的合理性。结果表明,该系统管理交通设施便利、布局合理性分析直观,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
【Abstract】 With the increase of traffic facility kind and quantity on urban road,reasonable layout and management of these facilities are an important aspect toimprove traffic control. Based on the GIS and traditional method,a management system of urban traffic facilities was developed. The modular programming was adopted,and correlative database and control modules were included in the system. Using graphics and geographic information processing of GIS,location of the facilities in a road system was visual through the man-machine interaction and background database processing. By operating the metafiles of these traffic facilities and the attributive information,the traffic facilities were managed,and reasonableness of the layouts of traffic facilities was studied. The system’s availabilities in management and intuitionistic analysis were proved in practice.
