GGZ6-200捻股机电气控制系统设计

【摘要】 介绍GGZ6-200捻股机的捻制工艺流程,指出其电气控制的核心是保证在各种工作状态下牵引机的速度和筒体主机的转速成正比且比值可随捻距在较大范围调整,设计出电气控制系统的硬件和软件。通过对牵引机2种不同控制方式的对比,优选出基于PROFIBUS-DP总线结构,采用伺服驱动技术,牵引速度采用高速数频脉冲跟踪及相位控制的电气控制方案,给出电气控制系统结构图、控制方案示意图、牵引机伺服驱动器参数及PROFIBUS-DP总线通讯程序。使用证明,系统稳定运行时,生产捻距为15.2 mm的绳股,误差可控制在1.0%以内,在升、降速及插接钢丝时,捻距误差可控制在2.0%以内,满足生产及工艺要求。

【Abstract】 To introduce the production technology of GGZ6-200 strander,and point out the core of its electric control is to ensure the traction machine’s speed is proportional to host barrel’s speed under all work situations,and the ratio can be adjusted according to the lay pitch,and make the hardware and software of electric control system.By comparing with the 2 different control ways of traction machine,and chose the solution based on PROFIBUS-DP bus structure,and use servo driver technology,high-speed multi-frequency pulse tracking and phrase control for pulling speed,and made out the structure picture of electric control,sketch of control scheme,traction machine servo driver parameter and PROFIBUS-DP bus communication program.The result is when system is on steady process;the error can be controlled less than 1.0% if rope strand with lay pitch 15.2mm and the error of lay pitch can be controlled fewer than 2.0% when speed changed and connecting steel wire to satisfy the requirement.
