基于FAHP的产品质量综合评价算法的研究
Algorithm of comprehensive evaluation of product quality based on FAHP
【摘要】 产品质量的高低是决定企业竞争力强弱的主要因素之一,为了能客观地评价产品质量,在对层次分析法(AHP)及模糊层次分析法(FAHP)分析的基础上,利用FAHP的递阶层次结构,构建了产品质量综合评价模型;讨论了FAHP中模糊一致判断矩阵的性质,给出了模糊一致矩阵的简便构造方法,利用0.1-0.9标度对矩阵中的元素赋值;给出了矩阵一致性判断求解的方法并计算出相关的排序向量。实例分析证实了FAHP方法是可行的、有效的,FAHP方法比AHP方法更优越。
【Abstract】 The quality of product is one of the most important factors for the corporation’s competitive power.Based on the analysis of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),an integrative model for estimating the product quality is put forward by using the step-up hierarchical architecture of FAHP;then the method of how to make a simple fuzzy consistent judgement matrix is studied,in which the characters is also discussed.The element in the judgement matrix is evaluated by using the 0.1-0.9 measure;the solving method of matrix is given and correlative order vector is also obtained.Finally,the FAHP is employed for the actual product,which shows that the method of FAHP is available and efficient.The method of FAHP is more predominant than the AHP in qualitative and quantitative evaluation.
