无明显磁化铁磁试样在保载状态下的拉伸磁记忆特性

【摘要】 为了解无明显磁化铁磁材料的残余磁场强度变化规律,对平面铣削加工试样进行了单轴拉伸试验。结果表明,在弹性阶段,随着拉伸载荷的增加,残余磁场强度随之增加;在塑性变形的初始阶段,试样表面的残余磁场强度基本没有发生变化。当塑性变形较大时,试样表面各点处的残余磁场强度幅值波动很大,其均值几乎不再变化,标准差急剧增加。可以根据铁磁材料残余磁场强度标准差的变化情况,对其塑性变形程度进行评估。

【Abstract】 In order to find out the variation law of the residual magnetic intensity of ferromagnetic material which has inconspicuous magnetization,axial tension test about slab milling sample is completed. The results indicate that the residual magnetic intensity increases along with the increase of the tensile load in elastic deformation phase;at the beginning of plastic phase,the residual magnetic intensities of the sample surface fluctuate very little;when the increasing of plastic deformation is bigger than one value,the residual magnetic intensities of the points on sample surface fluctuate acutely,and their mean value nearly do not change while standard difference increases sharply.So we can evaluate the plastic deformation degree of ferromagnetic material according to its standard difference of residual magnetic intensity.
