2K-V型减速器系列产品的参数化设计与系统开发
Parametric design and the system development of the 2K-V reducer series product
【摘要】 针对复杂的系列产品,以实现快速设计,并为后续的仿真和制造提供数字化模型为目标,提出基于特征的系列产品中性结构建模方法,研究了产品级的参数化设计方法;以2K-V型减速器系列产品的设计为例,在Pro/E环境下建立产品的中性结构模型,利用Pro/TOOLKIT开发工具实现了中性结构模型到产品设计实例的快速映射;开发了2K-V型减速器参数化设计系统,实现了系列产品的参数化快速设计,该参数化设计方法对其他产品的设计具有广泛的参考借鉴价值。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the complex series product,the middle-structure modeling method based on the feature is put forward and the parametric design method is studied to realize the quickly design and provide the digital model for the latter simulation and manufacturing.Taking the 2K-V Reducer as the example,the middle-structure model of product is created,which can be transformed into the instance product through the Pro/TOOLKIT tool in the Pro/E environment.The system of 2K-V Reducer Parametric Design is developed,which realize the quickly design for the series product.The parametric design method has widely reference value for the other product’s design.
