【Abstract】 It presents the reliability assessment of single sample life test(which obeys logarithmic normal or weibull distribution)of the common aeronautic products which are extremely complex and expensive.The reliability test sample size is expanded from to 7,and then bootstrap method is used to evaluate the test.Then we present the solution to assessment methods with fiducial lower limit.An example is provided to show the application of this estimation method.The computation results show that this estimation method is reasonable and logical.更多还原
