振动时效试验研究及有限元法在确定时效性态上的应用
The experimental study on vibratory stress relief and the application of finite element method on determining vibration time-dependent feature
【摘要】 主要是进行振动时效的试验设计并利用有限元法仿真计算来确定试验用等强度梁的振动时效性态参数—固有频率和固有振型,通过计算可以准确选择等强度梁的振动时效试验电机机型以及频率,避免了扫频等步骤,使试验得到简化,并为采用振动时效技术选择性态参数提供指导意义。
【Abstract】 It is mainly about designing an experiment of VSR(Vibratory Stress Relief)and applying the Finite Element Method to determine the vibration time-dependent feature parameters of a beam of uniform strength-Natural Frequency and Inherent Vibration.It can choose the type and frequency of motor by count.So the process of experiment can be simplified,such as reduce the step of frequency scan,and it also can provide guidance on choosing the vibration time-dependent feature parameters.
