基于IMAGEWARE风扇叶反求与快速原型制作
Points cloud data processing based on IMAGEWARE and rapid prototyping manufacturing research
【摘要】 以风扇为研究对象,论述了逆向工程技术与快速原型技术相结合的方法。在逆向工程中应用IMAGEWARE软件处理三维激光扫描仪测量得到的风扇点云数据,进而使用三维造型软件Pro/E对其进行了曲面重构,获得了所需的风扇实体模型,并对风扇叶进行了的模具设计,为新产品开发中的预评估、有限元分析等提供了宏观的模型和产品开发依据。
【Abstract】 To fans for the study,discusses the reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology combination.In the application of reverse engineering software IMAGEWARE three-dimensional laser scanner measured point cloud data of the fans,and the use of three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E be a surface reconstruction,fan access to the necessary model for the new product development pre-assessment,such as finite element analysis model provides a macro-based and product development.
