三元催化器的消声特性研究
Research on noise elimination characteristic of three-way catalytic converter
【摘要】 应用统计能量分析软件AutoSEA建立了三元催化器声学模型,并计算分析其消声特性研究分析了当壳体结构参数及载体结构参数改变时催化器消声特性的变化。研究结果表明入口扩张管锥角对催化器消声特性的影响最大,出口收缩管锥角对消声特性有一定影响,出口大管长度对三元催化器消声特性基本没有影响,载体位置向出口侧移动时消声量下降,载体长度增大时消声量增加,载体的长径比增大时大部分频率范围内消声量有所增加;随耦合两载体距离的增加消声量增大。研究证明通过合理设计三元催化器的结构参数可以提高其消声性能。
【Abstract】 Aimed at researching the noise elimination characteristic of TWC,the acoustic model was established with AutoSEA,a statistical energy analysis(SEA)software.On the base of the results of simu-lation and analysis,the effects of structural parameters of monolith and shell on noise elimination characteristics had been discussed.Some suggestions were given for reasonable design of structural parameters.The calculation results showed that the inlet cone angle had maximum effect on noise elimination characteristic.The outlet cone angle had a little effect,while the outlet pipe had little effect on noise elimination ability.When the monolith was moved to the outlet side,the noise elimination effect will decrease.While the monolith had bigger length or length/diameter ratio,the noise elimination effect increased.The distance between two couple monolith had clearly influence on noise elimination effect.The research indicated that it was possible to improve noise elimination ability of TWC by reasonable design.
