基于ADAMS的小直径铣刀铣削淬硬钢斜向切入方式的仿真研究
The simulation research of diagonal cuts into the way based on the ADAMS for minor diameter milling cutter milling hardened steel
【摘要】 小直径铣刀是硬铣方式加工复杂型面淬硬模具必不可少的刀具之一,但其切入过程的崩刃、断刀现象非常突出。采用仿真软件ADAMS,对小直径铣刀在不同切入方式进行仿真,以确定小直径铣刀切入过程的载荷、切入过程对刀刃的应力,变形影响。
【Abstract】 Micro-end mill is one of absolutely necessary cutting tools for dry milling complex con-tours of hardened die and mold steels.Nevertheless chipping and breakage of the mill happened frequently in the cut-in processes.It includes different cut-in dynamics and simulation of the cutting process,so as to choose reasonable cutting parameters,reducing tool damage and chatter vibration of cut-in process,high speed machining mechanism is studied in the mean in the paper have analyzed diagonal cutting.About the sidelong analyzed the connection cutting speed,cutting depth and relation with the cutting process.
