数控火焰切割机虚拟样机系统设计与切割运动仿真
Design and cutting simulation of CNC flame cutting machine virtual prototype system
【摘要】 为有效的验证和评估数控火焰切割机设计方案中的机械系统、数控系统和数控加工工艺的协同效果,提出了一种建立虚拟样机的新方法。即利用Pro/E软件建立机床三维实体进行动力学分析,再以Deep Exploration作为OpenGL数据转换接口,建立虚拟样机的机械系统可视化仿真模型,并结合数控代码译码器、运动控制器和切割效果分析器,建立数控六轴火焰切割机虚拟样机,实现设计方案的动态模拟。采用该方法建立的虚拟样机功能模块具有平台无关性,并可重用于该机床的虚拟训练、加工过程可视化仿真等系统中。
【Abstract】 proposed a new method to create a virtual prototype for effective validation and assess-ment of synergies of the mechanical systems,numerical control systems,and CNC machining technology in a CNC flame cutting machine design.Namely the use of Pro/E software tools to establish three-dimensional solid,and then use Deep Exploration as a data conversion interface of OpenGL to create a virtual prototype of the mechanical system simulation model visualization.Combined with NC code decoder,motion con-troller and cutting effect analyzer,the six-axis CNC flame cutting machine virtual prototype can be estab-lished and the dynamic simulation of cutting process can be realized.Virtual Prototyping function modules created with this method are platform-independent and can be re-used for the machine’s virtual training,simulation process visualization system.
