共注塑不相容材料模内装配技术中的收缩分析
The shrinkage analysis in non-compatible material co-injection in-mold assembly technology
【摘要】 介绍了共注塑不相容材料模内装配技术的内容和在行业中的应用,指出零件间的间隙设计和控制是实现完美模内装配的重要条件。讨论和分析了模内装配产品间产生间隙的原理,并对产生间隙收缩进行了系统的分析和模型研究,最后通过设计实例来阐明分析模型。
【Abstract】 Introduces the content of in non-compatible material co-injection IMA technology and its application in many industries.It also points out that the good design and control of the gap between components can help to get perfect IMA performance.It discusses how to create the cap between components and establishes a systemic model to analysis the shrinkage.Finally it uses a practical design case to illuminate how to use this model.
