偏心弯矩对高压流变仪立柱螺纹根部应力的影响分析
Analysis of influence of eccentric moment on root stress of screw thread of high pressure rheometer corner post
【摘要】 为了精确分析高压流变仪立柱螺纹根部的应力特性,运用ANSYS子模型技术,建立流变仪机架整体模型和立柱螺纹联接精确局部模型,分析了立柱螺纹承受偏心载荷情况下的根部应力特性。分析表明机架变形产生的偏心弯矩对立柱螺纹根部应力沿圆周方向的分布影响显著,并给出了降低根部应力集中的有效途径。论文提出了子模型技术在复杂边界条件下进行螺纹精确分析时的应用方法。
【Abstract】 For the accurate analysis of screw thread root stress on high pressure rheometer corner post,the whole model of frame and the precise local model of screw thread connection are both built by submodeling technology of ANSYS.The screw thread root stress of corner post is calculated under the eccentric load.The results show that the bearing eccentric moment which results from the deformation of the frame significantly affects the root stress distribution of corner post screw thread in the circumferential direction.And the suitable approaches have been given to reduce the stress concentration.It puts forward the method of analyzing thread accurately in the complex boundary conditions using submodeling technology.
