化工管路带压堵漏盒式夹具设计
A design methods for box fixture with pressure in chemical pipeline equipment
【摘要】 化工设备泄漏主要发生在管道焊缝和阀门上。介绍了带压堵漏的基本原理,提出了带压堵漏夹具设计的基本要求。针对不同的管道泄漏,设计了直管、弯头、三通、变径管等盒式带压堵漏夹具,并给出了盒式夹具几何参数的设计公式。
【Abstract】 Chemical equipment leak occurred mainly in pipeline weld and valves. The basic principles and fixture design of the basic requirements for leakage blocking with pressure is introduced. Box fixture dasign for straight tube,elbow,three links,adjustable tube is given.the design formula of setting geometrical parameters for box fixture is given.
